These terms & conditions are between “Club Monks” which expressions shall include “CM”/ “Company” and the user the expression shall include “customer”/ ”client” of the website whether to avail or enquire about the services offered via the website.
The Users availing services from CM shall be deemed to have read, understood and expressly accepted the terms and conditions of this agreement, which shall govern the desired transaction or provision of such services by CM for all purposes, and shall be binding on the User. All rights and liabilities of the User and/or CM with respect to any services to be provided by CM shall be restricted to the scope of this agreement.

The user hereby agrees to keep the information shared on the portal confidential which includes user id, password or any other information.
The user hereby authorises CM to share user information with third parties for the limited purpose of smooth availment of services, however, this clause does not restrict the CM to share the user information with government agencies whenever required by them.
Fee Payment Instructions
Any payment made to avail the services from CM shall be intimated to CM, via e-mail, on email@example.com. The same shall be confirmed to the user within 48 hours from the time of receipt of payment or the payment information whichever is letter.
Any booking shall be confirmed only after successful receipt of the payment.
Cancellation and Refund
The user hereby agrees to provide true information to CM. In case of any wrong information, CM holds a discretionary right to cancel the booking. In such circumstances, CM withdraws itself from any liability whatsoever occurring from such cancellation.
Cancellation or rescheduling of any booking, in circumstances other than stated above, shall be at the sole discretion of CM. The company cannot be bound to refund the booking amount to the customer in any circumstances. The amount of refund, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of the company.
In case of the cancellation of the tour, the Company’s liability is limited to booking amount received by the company. The company shall not be bound to pay any compensation to the customer over and above the booking amount.
Tour Routes and changes thereof
The tour routes are fixed and any application for modification in the tour routes are destinations covered shall not be entertained subject to certain exceptions.
CM can unanimously change the tour route(s) or destination(s) covered in the package if there is any restriction imposed by the local authority for accessing any route(s) or/and destination(s).
CM follows a zero-tolerance policy for women safety. Any unwanted behaviour shall not be tolerated. The customer who is found involved in any such acts including but not limited to physical/verbal harassment, he shall be asked to leave the group immediately. In such cases, CM shall neither be asked to pay towards the return fair nor be asked to refund the booking amount or part thereof.
